007 / questions
A few things you may be wondering.
01Does the person receiving my card need the app?
No. A NexCard is a normal web page. Scanning the QR or opening the link works in any phone or desktop browser, with no account and nothing to install.
02Can I change my design after I have shared my card?
Yes. Your link never changes, so you can switch between all 55 designs — or restyle individual elements — and everyone who already has your card sees the update the next time they open it.
03What can I actually put on the card?
10 sections: about, services, social links, image gallery, videos, custom links, payments, location, a contact form and share/QR. Show the ones you need, hide the rest, and drag them into the order you want.
04Can people save my details to their phone?
Yes. Every card has a Save Contact button that writes a contact card straight into the visitor's phone, along with quick Call, WhatsApp, Mail and Location actions.
05How do payments work?
Add a UPI ID, a payment link and a payment QR to your card. Visitors pay through their own apps — NexCard shows the details and never handles the money.
06What happens when my trial or paid plan ends?
Your public card goes offline, but your saved profile and design stay intact. Renew the plan and the same card link comes back with your existing content.
07What is NexConnect?
An optional Android companion app for networking on top of your card. It signs in with the same account, so your existing NexCard is already there — no import step.
